It has fully permeated our lives. We live in an age of smart phones, smart homes, smart cars. Everything is “smart.” And, at least for now, it still takes people to ensure this technology functions properly. It also takes people to repair and maintain the technology so it remains useful in your life, with as little frustration as possible.

JB Core Solutions is more of a “boutique” information technology services provider, serving the Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, and surrounding regions. Nearly all services are rendered remotely. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, JB Core focuses on your very specific needs while also looking to what your future needs may entail, and then tailors an ideal approach for your business and personal technology needs. You will not find JB Core installing a typical server, complicated phone system, or forcing managed services contracts down the throats of every small business client because, quite simply, those are often not necessary. They are also becoming outdated methods of implementing and utilizing technology. Technology is evolving so quickly that with each passing day, more of what once mandated “local hardware” is now being migrated to the cloud, accessible from anywhere with internet access.

Striving to fully understand your needs, JB Core will become your technology partner and manager. Pulling in from a team of qualified individuals–including trusted independent contractors–JB Core seeks to not let you down. Additionally, JB Core makes every effort to be fair in its service offerings and fees, such as accepting responsibility for firm errors even when clients may be expecting to pay for them, because that is, quite sadly, what the status quo has become among information technology service providers. I know this all too well, having once been on the client side receiving abusive treatment. This is one of the fundamental reasons I formed JB Core Solutions in 2011. I just knew there was a better way for things to be done.

Apple–among the most valuable companies in the world–has always practiced “think differently.” Zappos, a monstrous online retailer of shoes and other consumer goods, has always focused on customer service, not profits, and has still had enormous success. JB Core makes every effort to do the same, and in doing so, has earned a reputation among clients as being honest, fair, and reliable. Unlike Apple and Zappos, JB Core Solutions remains small, but also has a happy client base, and I sleep well at night knowing I have done my absolute best in serving clients that place their trust in my company.
